Montreal, Quebec, October 6th, 2006 SmartSoil Energy opens a new business office in Monterrey (Nuevo Leon), Mexico SmartSoil Energy is pleased to announce the opening of a new businesses place in Monterrey, in Mexico's Nuevo Leon state. This new business place opening is part of the company's development plan. "For now, only one person was hired to take charge of project coordination and Mexican market development. All technical and administrative support will be accomplished through our head office located in Montreal, Canada. However, we look forward to expanding our team in Mexico and extend our activities while providing excellent on-site service", explains Claude-Bernard Lévesque, Chef Operating Officer and Vice-president Finance for SmartSoil Energy. Since the beginning of 2006, SmartSoil Energy has already performed two very conclusive gas exploration campaigns.
